- Usage data · log data, device and browser information, and how you interact with our website and product, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications · records of your correspondence with us, including scheduling and support requests.
talp simulates synthetic personas; we do not require, and do not seek to collect, personal data about the real individuals being modelled.

- To provide, operate and improve the talp platform and run the simulations you request.
- To respond to enquiries, schedule meetings and provide customer support.
- To secure our services, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
